Responsabilidades e atribuições
Responsibilities:
- Researching and qualifying international leads;
- Making daily calls and contacts;
- Interacting with prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn;
- Updating and optimizing our CRM information according to contacts made;
- Generating interest and develop more opportunities for the sales team;
- Listening carefully to the customer, understanding and addressing main objections;
Requisitos e qualificações
We are looking for people with knowledge in:
- Experience in International Trade;
- Prospecting and Sales techniques;
- Language: Fluent/Advanced English and/or Spanish;
- SaaS and CRM (Hubspot).
We want to find people who are:
- Curious and willing to learn every day about our business model and our clients;
- Those who carefully listen to the needs of our clients;
- With excellent written and oral communication skills;
- With strong problem-solving talent;
- Possessing negotiation abilities;
- Highly committed;
- Motivated and self-manageable;
It will be nice if you know:
