As a backend developer, we expect you to utilize your knowledge of modern technologies of development and infrastructure to generate value for our client an its customers.  At Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), we enjoy working with freedom and responsibility, so you are welcome to contribute with ideas on how to fix problems and perfect our development process.

Besides that, we understand that the best way to carry out our projects is by adding our expertise and passion for what we do. Therefore, in this project you will work in a multidisciplinary team of agilists, POs, software architects, technical leaders, UX Designers and more.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging;
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications;
• Troubleshoot and debug applications;
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance;
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic;
• Gather and address technical and design requirements;
• Follow emerging technologies.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Java 8.1 or higher;
• Gradle;
• PostgreSQL;
• Apache Tomcat;
• Work with high performance / scalable systems;
• Microservices.

You must know:

• Git;
• Scrum / Kanban (or at least like to develop software utilizing agile methodologies);
• Unitary tests using Java;
• Deploy process using Jenkins.

Would be nice to have:

• Setup systems architecture;
• Docker Swarm;
• Redis;
• RabbitMQ;
• Apache Camel;
• Nuget;
• NoSQL (Mongo);
• Docker Containers;
• Deploy process with Gitlab Runner.
